Nova Pack Dog Training offers a Day Training Program for dogs of all ages. Our program helps dogs become well-mannered, obedient companions by providing basic obedience training and working on socialization, certain problem behaviors, and building confidence.

What Does Day Training Include?

When you enroll in the program:

Pick up and drop off available ONLY for clients within 5 miles of 22042. If outside of that service area, you can drop your dog off at our home, and pick them up from us. Drop off and pick up times are between 8-9am and 4-5pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. A $15 travel fee applies for all clients outside of that radius if we’re picking up and dropping off, pending our availability.
We work with your dog on training for socialization, basic obedience, manners, confidence building, boundaries, leash pulling, eating items off the ground. and house rules.

Our Training Approach: Beyond the Basics

Our Day Training Program goes beyond the services we offer in our Puppy Day School. We focus on building a strong obedience foundation and then progress to more advanced skills.

Your dog will learn to follow commands in various environments, including public spaces with moderate to high distractions. We also begin working on off-leash obedience within the home.

Through our program, we’ll help your dog become a confident, well-mannered, and obedient companion and reduce the risk of your dog developing problematic behaviors as they age.

Getting Started

Before enrolling in our Day Training Program, we require an in-home evaluation. This allows us to assess your dog’s personality, behavior, and needs so we can tailor our approach for the best results.

Once we’ve evaluated your pup and if they would be a good fit for our Day Training Program, you can select your package. 2 or 3 sessions per week, minimum 4 week commitment.

These packages ensure consistent training and allow time for your dog to understand the lessons learned and build their confidence and skills in different environments.
